Kaizen activities, workers inspect their own work, 
develop multiple skills, and participate in periodic job design. Also, the
development of simple operator assist mechanisms can reduce levels of worker
stress and fatigue.
In Kaizen, efforts to improve the process should never stop, or become a steady state scenario.
